1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently offer delivery services within Bangladesh. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times vary based on location:
    • Dhaka: 1-2 business days after dispatch.
    • Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees depend on the delivery location and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Any applicable delivery fees will be added to your total order cost.

4. Order Tracking

  • Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be shared with you via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

5. Failed Deliveries

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your address details are accurate when placing an order. Titanium Palace is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery partner will contact you for a second attempt. Additional charges may apply if the order must be resent due to missed deliveries.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
